Service Description
An hour on the thing that's actually in your way. Bring the thing that isn't working — your morning, your tools, your business, the thing you've been meaning to build. We'll spend an hour on it. I'll tell you what I see, and you'll leave knowing what's actually in your way and what to do about it first. A lot of people are doing their best thinking with an AI right now. This is the human version: twenty years building systems at Amazon, Home Depot, and Macy's, and a habit of reading systems the way other people read rooms. **Includes a written Signal Report after the session — what I saw, and where to start.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling. Please give at least 24 hours notice. One reschedule is permitted with advance notice and no charge. Cancellations. More than 24 hours before the session: full refund. Inside 24 hours or a no-show: the session is billable. Running over. Sessions are scheduled for the time booked. If we need longer, we'll arrange it separately rather than rushing the end.
