Crystal A. Chubbs
Technologist · Humanist · Builder-Operator
I spent 20 years building technology for some of the largest companies in the world. Then I left to build something for everyone else. Crystal 'CeCe' Chubbs is a technologist and a humanist working to make technology more human and more accessible. After nearly 20 years leading product at Amazon, The Home Depot, and Macy's, she founded Circuit And Soil to answer a question her career kept raising: what would technology look like if it supported people's wellbeing as carefully as it currently competes for their attention? Through Cielo Studio, she builds guides, tools and experiences that help digital saturated live reclaim calm without disconnecting — restoring intention to daily life while keeping people capable, connected and genuinely in control of the technology they rely on.
