Service Description
Async, with an optional 15-minute readout for busy professionals, small businesses and caretakers. You don't need an hour. You need one clear read. Send me the thing that isn't working — your site, your setup, your morning, the business you're building. A few paragraphs, a voice note, or links; whatever's easiest. I'll go through it and send back a written report: what's working, what's actually in your way, and what to move first. You'll have it within five business days. If you'd like to talk it through, there's an optional 15 minutes on the calendar — most people don't need it. I read systems the way other people read rooms.
Cancellation Policy
How this works Send your materials whenever you're ready. Your report arrives within five business days of receiving them. Scope. One focused read of what you send. If you send more than one business or project, I'll tell you before I start and we'll adjust. The optional readout. 15 minutes, scheduled after you've read the report. If you need to move it, just use the reschedule link. If it doesn't happen, that's fine — the report is the deliverable. Refunds. Full refund any time before the report is written. Once it's delivered, it's yours and the sale is final. Follow-up questions. One round by email is always included. Beyond that, the Thinking Partner Session is the better door.
