Service Description
Some people don't need a guide. They need a thinking partner. Thirty minutes. Bring the thing that isn't working — your morning, your tools, your business, the thing you've been meaning to build. I'll tell you what I see. You leave knowing what's actually in your way, and what to do about it first. Twenty years building systems at Amazon, Home Depot, and Macy's. I read systems the way other people read rooms. // the first conversation is always the most important one.
Cancellation Policy
What it is. A real session, not an intro call. Come with something on your mind and leave with something to work with. One per person. The complimentary session is available once per client. It isn't a recurring offering. Rescheduling. Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. One reschedule is permitted with advance notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours or no-shows count as the session used. What comes next. If you'd like to keep working together, ongoing support is available through Cielo Access or a paid session.
