What it is
Thirty days for people who are done circling the same realization without acting on it.
Seven seats. Thirty days of daily contact with one person who reads every response.
One small move a day, delivered to a private channel. Fully asynchronous. No live calls, nothing to attend, no reply expected in real time. Arrive when you arrive.
There's no way to fall behind. Only to step back in.
Grace is the operating principle, not a consolation.
How it's built
It's built as a game on purpose. A course means you're behind. A challenge means you can fail. A game means you're building something, and that you can put it down and pick it back up without losing your progress.
You've been running on defaults you didn't choose. Thirty days at your own console.
You'll rate yourself on day one and again on day thirty, so what you're left with is a measured distance, not a feeling about one.
The cycle runs new moon to new moon, through the descent into the darker half of the year. That's deliberate. Weeks three and four are the shadow and integration phase, and this is the season built for it.

How it works
Orientation completes in the days before the cycle opens: channel access, a personal welcome, introductions, and the Operator Manual. Plan for about five weeks end to end.
