Cielo Studio Client Agreement

Effective upon form submissioning
PARTIES This agreement is between Cielo Studio (Circuit + Soil LLC, Atlanta, Georgia) and the client named below.
SERVICES Cielo Studio provides digital wellness guidance, systems support, accountability, and related services. Sessions are not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel.
SESSION FORMAT Sessions are conducted via video call. Complimentary sessions are 40 minutes. Paid sessions are 60 minutes. Sessions are not recorded without the explicit written consent of both parties.
CONFIDENTIALITY Everything discussed in a session remains confidential. Cielo Studio will not share client information with third parties without consent. Clients are encouraged to maintain the same standard of confidentiality.
CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING
Complimentary sessions — One reschedule permitted with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are considered session used. The complimentary session is offered once per client.
Paid sessions — cancellation with 24+ hours notice — One reschedule at no charge. A full credit is applied toward a future session. No cash refunds.
Paid sessions — cancellation within 24 hours — Session fee is non-refundable. One reschedule may be offered at CLO's discretion.
Paid sessions — no-show — Session fee is non-refundable. No reschedule offered.
Paid sessions — completed sessions — Non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you are unsatisfied, contact hello@cielostud.io within 48 hours.
Cielo Access — Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing cycle. No partial month refunds.
PAYMENT Complimentary sessions are provided at no charge. Paid sessions are invoiced in advance. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Cielo Studio's liability is limited to the value of the session provided. Circuit + Soil LLC is not liable for outcomes resulting from actions taken based on session guidance.
