Something else — I'll explain in my answers

Choose the one that fits best — or the one that surprised you.

What's one thing you've been wanting to change, build, or figure out — but haven't been able to move on yet?

This could be practical, creative, personal, or all three.

Where are you right now — and what would feel like real progress by the end of this year?

Tell me about your work, your project, or whatever brought you here. A few sentences is fine.

How would you describe your relationship with technology?

I use it but it often frustrates me

I'm comfortable with everyday tech but not deep features

I'm pretty tech-savvy — I figure things out

I work in or build technology professionally

Other

How would you describe your relationship with intentional practices like meditation, affirmations, or energy work?

Not really my thing — I prefer practical, evidence-based approaches

I'm curious but haven't explored much

I have some experience and am open to more

It's a core part of how I live and work

Other

What feels like help to you?

Gentle guidance — I need time to adjust to new methods and processes.

Structured guidance — I want a structured methodology (checklists, tasklists and strong accountability partnering).

Everything guidance — I'm open to it all (mixed support including science, reprogramming and AI)

Other

Is there anything else you want me to know before we meet?

Optional — but this is a good place to add context, ask a question, or just say hello.
