Most people inherit their device setup from whoever sold them the phone or built the app. Settings are defaults. Notifications are whatever the developer decided. Home screens are wherever things landed. This session changes that. In 90 minutes we go through your devices together — phone, computer, tablet, or all three — and configure them deliberately. Notifications, home screen layout, app organization, privacy settings, do not disturb schedules. By the end your devices are designed, not defaulted. Built around your life, not the algorithm's.
